At Headstees, all products are made to order specially for each customer. Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for incorrect size selection, change of mind, or incorrect shipping information entered at checkout.
Order Changes & Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled or modified within 12 hours after purchase. After this period, orders enter production and can no longer be changed or cancelled.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
After review, we will gladly provide a replacement or refund when applicable.
Shipping Issues
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Headstees is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect customer information.
If tracking shows the package as delivered, we cannot guarantee a refund or replacement. However, we will do our best to help you contact the shipping carrier and resolve the issue.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable number of business days.
